  • a screenshot of an intro scene I made in Adobe After Effects using for a personal rowing video project. I used a mask to get have the video show up only with in the text

  • a logo I created in Adobe Illustrator for an assignment in one of my design courses at Delaware County Community College. The logo was for a fictional business idea I created for the course assignment (an oats cafe that also has a gallery space and hosts small music shows and events)

The final project video I created for my motion graphics course at Delaware Country Community College.

Developing and strengthening my skills in motion graphics is what originally drew me to become a graphic design student. This project (which was to create a “movie intro scene”) had many different elements to it that combined all of my skills, including videography, design, and video editing. It challenged me, involved a lot of troubleshooting as motion graphic work does, but it all came together into a video I am still very happy with. There are of course little adjustments I would have made if I had more time in the course, but I’ve learned in the work I do that often you need to know when to just say a project is done and deliver it to the client.

I created the video in Adobe After Effects, as well as Adobe Illustrator to create the assets and Adobe Premiere for the final touches on the video.

I filmed video footage of a cup of coffee which I then edited in after effects to work into the video.

A demo reel I created in 2021 to showcase some of the food video I’ve captured.

The footage in this video was filmed at Rivercrest Golf Club (in Phoenixville, PA) and Ocean Crab (in Philadelphia, PA), using my Sony a7ii.

I used Adobe Premiere Pro to edit this video.
